quiet room nice breakfast friendly staff dirty bathroom bad smell
the room was quiet and spacious the breakfast was nice the breakfast room was cosy the location was a good starting point to explore the city staff were always friendly and helpful
the cleaning service was horrible it was dirty when we were just arriving even after we asked to replace the bed sheets and clean the bathroom it was still dirty the smell was bad lots of dust was everywhere i didn't enjoy my family vacation it didn't feel like a four stars hotel

helpful staff inviting atmosphere super clean room
I found the staff helpful with directions and recommendations. This made navigating the area simple! the hotel's decor created a unique and inviting atmosphere, i was very pleased. my room was super clean, and i appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining its cleanliness.
the elevator was a bit small, barely accommodating two people.

My room included blackout curtains which ensured good sleep. i also found a coffee machine and a selection of teas. This added convenience. the bathroom had a comfortable shower and good lighting.

friendly staff stylish decor convenient location
The staff were attentive . I found the hotel decor to be quite stylish. The location offers easy access to many local shops and restaurants. Exploring the area was simple from here.
The room was small I would have expected a bit more space. This made navigating the room with luggage slightly difficult.
